How you can help
- Donating a property or land to Lakeland Housing Trust, or selling to us at a discount from market value
- Selling the freehold of your property to the Lakeland Housing Trust (with the guarantee of continuing to live there as a tenant for life, freeing up capital and responsibilities for maintenance and repair
